Case histories
The Regulatory Policy Committee case histories provides practical guidance, and case study examples, of how the better regulation framework methodology has been interpreted. This is intended to provide policy makers and analysts with a practical guide on how novel or tricky methodology issues have been approached in the past, and the outcomes of the RPC scrutiny in those cases.

Case histories - new and revised sections
The case histories are being revised and updated to reflect the requirements of the business impact target, and the revised better regulation framework manual. As the new sections become available they will be uploaded here, with a view to complete revised case histories being available in due course. Where available, we will also upload presentations covering the relevant sections
